la Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, padurilor si dezvoltarii rurale nr.
848/2004 pentru aprobarea Listei cu clasificatorii autorizati
ACT EMIS DE:
MINISTERUL AGRICULTURII SI DEZVOLTARII RURALE
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 812 din 28 noiembrie 2007
Având în vedere prevederile
art. 8 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 267/2004 privind instituirea
Sistemului de clasificare a carcaselor de porcine, bovine şi ovine, cu
modificările şi completările ulterioare,
văzând Procesul-verbal nr. 87/2007 cu clasificatorii
autorizaţi pentru specia porcine, propuşi de Comisia de clasificare a
carcaselor de porcine, bovine şi ovine, precum şi Referatul Direcţiei politici
de piaţă în sectorul zootehnic nr. 290.803/2007,
în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 385/2007 privind
organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale,
ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite următorul ordin:
Art. I. -Anexa la Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, pădurilor
modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după şi dezvoltării
rurale nr. 848/2004 pentru aprobarea Listei cu clasificatorii autorizaţi,
publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.090 din 23 noiembrie 2004, cu cum urmează:

introduc 24 de noi poziţii, poziţiile 317-340, cu următorul cuprins:
