Având în vedere dispoziţiile Legii nr. 129/2002 pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 92/2000 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea serviciilor de reintegrare socială a infractorilor şi de supraveghere a executării sancţiunilor neprivative de libertate, precum şi ale Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 1.239/2000 privind aprobarea Regulamentului de aplicare a dispoziţiilor Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 92/2000 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea serviciilor de reintegrare socială a infractorilor şi de supraveghere a executării sancţiunilor neprivative de libertate,

în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 83/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Justiţiei, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

ministrul justiţiei emite următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Se aprobă stabilirea locaţiilor enumerate în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin, în scopul derulării activităţilor serviciilor de probaţiune.

Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare la data publicării în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.

Art. 3. - Direcţia de probaţiune, Direcţia generală economică, tribunalele şi serviciile de probaţiune vor duce la îndeplinire dispoziţiile prezentului ordin.
