III din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.501/2007 pentru modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 47/2004 privind aprobarea Contractului de mentenanţă de material rulant şi feroviar pentru circulaţia în tunel nr. 91/2003, încheiat între Societatea Comercială de Transport cu Metroul Bucureşti „Metrorex“ - S.A. şi Societatea Comercială „Alstom Transport“ - S.A.,şi al art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 76/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se mandatează Societatea Comercială de Transport cu Metroul Bucureşti „Metrorex“ - S.A. să modifice preţurile unitare ce intră în compunerea anuală a preţului mentenanţei, pentru anul IX contractual, conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin, şi să semneze actul adiţional la Contractul de mentenanţă de material rulant şi feroviar pentru circulaţia în tunel nr. 91/2003. Articolul 2Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii, Anca Daniela Boagiu ANEXĂCOMPUNEREA preţului mentenanţei pentru anul IX contractual Potrivit art. 8.1.1 paragraful 4 din Contractul de mentenanţă de material rulant şi feroviar pentru circulaţia în tunel nr. 91/2003, denumit în continuare contract, preţul mentenanţei pentru anul IX contractual (perioada 1 ianuarie 2012-31 decembrie 2012) este calculat în baza valorilor cuprinse în anexa nr. 9 la contract (punctul B), actualizate conform indicelui general cumulat de inflaţie pentru anul 2011, aşa cum a fost comunicat de către Institutul Naţional de Statistică, adică 103,14%. Preţurile actualizate pentru anul IX de contract (perioada 1 ianuarie 2012-31 decembrie 2012) devin:
(i) preţ parc vechi:

– 25,40 lei/km tren * 1,0314 = 26,19 lei/km tren parcurs de trenurile din parcul vechi compuse din 6 vagoane; – 16,94 lei/km tren * 1,0314 = 17,47 lei/km tren parcurs de trenurile din parcul vechi compuse din 4 vagoane,valori aplicabile pentru serviciile standard prestate pentru vagoanele incluse în parcul vechi;

(ii) preţ parc nou:

– 15,07 lei/km tren * 1,0314 = 15,54 lei/km tren parcurs de trenurile din parcul nou,valoare aplicabilă pentru serviciile standard prestate pentru vagoanele incluse în parcul nou. Preţul pentru o perioadă de facturare se calculează conform formulei: Pi = Pv6 * Total kmv6i + Pv4 * Total kmv4i + Pn * Total kmni, unde: Pv6 reprezintă preţul pe km tren pentru trenurile din parcul vechi compuse din 6 vagoane; Total kmv6i reprezintă numărul total de km tren parcurşi în perioada de facturare i de trenurile din parcul vechi compuse din 6 vagoane; Pv4 reprezintă preţul pe km tren pentru trenurile din parcul vechi compuse din 4 vagoane; Total kmv4i reprezintă numărul total de km tren parcurşi în perioada de facturare i de trenurile din parcul vechi compuse din 4 vagoane; Pn reprezintă preţul pe km tren pentru trenurile din parcul nou; şi Total kmni reprezintă numărul total de km tren parcurşi de trenurile din parcul nou în perioada de facturare i.
