ACT EMIS DE: AUTORITATEA NATIONALA DE REGLEMENTARE IN DOMENIUL ENERGIEI

Având în vedere prevederile art. 8 alin. (1) lit. d) din Legea gazelor nr. 351/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

în temeiul dispoziţiilor art. 3 alin. (3) din Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare al Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 410/2007,

preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei emite prezentul ordin.

Art. I. - Articolul IX din Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 68/2009 privind modificarea şi completarea Codului reţelei pentru Sistemul naţional de transport al gazelor naturale, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 54/2007, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 449 din 30 iunie 2009, se modifică după cum urmează:

„Art. IX. - (1) Până la data de 31 decembrie 2009, Autoritatea Naţională de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei va publica pe pagina proprie de internet principiile de stabilire a tarifelor prevăzute la art. 104 - 110 din Codul reţelei pentru Sistemul naţional de transport al gazelor naturale, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 54/2007.

(2) Societatea Naţională de Transport Gaze Naturale Transgaz - S.A. şi utilizatorii Sistemului naţional de transport al gazelor naturale transmit, la solicitarea Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, informaţiile necesare elaborării principiilor precizate la alin. (1)."

Art. II. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
