    Ministrul apararii nationale si seful Oficiului Central de Stat pentru Probleme Speciale,
    pentru aplicarea prevederilor art. 28 din Legea nr. 73/1995 privind pregatirea economiei nationale si a teritoriului pentru aparare si ale art. 39 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.290/1996 privind organizarea, coordonarea si controlul activitatilor de pregatire a economiei nationale si a teritoriului pentru aparare,
    in temeiul art. 7 alin. (1) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 14/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Apararii Nationale si al art. 6 alin. (3) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 897/1997 privind organizarea si functionarea Oficiului Central de Stat pentru Probleme Speciale, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
    emit urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Nomenclatorul produselor destinate asigurarii cererilor unitatilor militare prin planul de mobilizare a garnizoanei, care se constituie in stocuri intangibile, prezentat in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
