Pentru aplicarea prevederilor art. 2 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 862/2008 privind constituirea Comisiei interministeriale de evaluare la nivel naţional a programelor de înzestrare esenţiale destinate să asigure interesele de securitate ale statului român, cu modificările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 40 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 346/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Apărării Naţionale, republicată,ministrul apărării naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1Se aprobă componenţa nominală a Comisiei interministeriale de evaluare la nivel naţional a programelor de înzestrare esenţiale destinate să asigure interesele de securitate ale statului român, prevăzută în anexa nr. 1. Articolul 2Se aprobă componenţa nominală a Secretariatului tehnic al Comisiei interministeriale de evaluare la nivel naţional a programelor de înzestrare esenţiale destinate să asigure interesele de securitate ale statului român, prevăzută în anexa nr. 2. Articolul 3Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 4La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin încetează efectele Ordinului ministrului apărării naţionale nr. M.20/2016 pentru aprobarea Componenţei nominale a Comisiei interministeriale de evaluare la nivel naţional a programelor de înzestrare de importanţă strategică ale Ministerului Apărării Naţionale, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 111 din 12 februarie 2016.
