Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei management şi structuri unităţi sanitare nr. F.B. 4.865 din 24.05.2017,în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul IRegulamentul privind timpul de muncă, organizarea şi efectuarea gărzilor în unităţile publice din sectorul sanitar, aprobat prin Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 870/2004, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 671 din 26 iulie 2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: – La articolul 43, alineatul (2) se abrogă. Articolul IIPrezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul sănătăţii, Florian-Dorel Bodog
