Având în vedere Procesul-verbal nr. 158 din 20 iunie 2012 al comisiei de contestaţii de la nivelul Ministerului Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului din data de 20 iunie 2012,având în vedere Ordinul ministrului educaţiei, cercetării, tineretului şi sportului, interimar, nr. 4.301/2012 pentru aprobarea listei nominale a beneficiarilor Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, pentru anul 2012,în temeiul art. 10 alin. (1) şi art. 11 alin. (1), (2), (3) şi (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.294/2004 privind aprobarea Normelor metodologice pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 536/2011 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul educaţiei, cercetării, tineretului şi sportului emite prezentul ordin. Articolul IOrdinul ministrului educaţiei, cercetării, tineretului şi sportului, interimar, nr. 4.301/2012 pentru aprobarea listei nominale a beneficiarilor Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, pentru anul 2012, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 425 din 26 iunie 2012, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. La articolul 1, alineatul (1) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 1(1) Se aprobă Lista nominală a beneficiarilor Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, pentru anul 2012, privind acordarea unui ajutor în valoare de 200 euro destinat achiziţionării unui calculator în anul 2012, cuprinzând 20.645 de beneficiari ai Legii nr. 269/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. 2. În anexă, după poziţia nr. 20.610 se introduc 35 de noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 20.611-20.645, cu următorul cuprins:

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
