    Ministrul industriei si resurselor,
    in conformitate cu prevederile art. 11 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.337/2000 privind asigurarea securitatii utilizatorilor de echipamente electrice de joasa tensiune,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 19/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Industriei si Resurselor, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Prevederile anexei la Ordinul ministrului industriei si resurselor nr. 297/2001 privind aprobarea Listei cuprinzand organismele recunoscute in domeniul echipamentelor electrice de joasa tensiune, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 709 din 7 noiembrie 2001, se modifica si se completeaza prin includerea ICMET Craiova si IPA QTEST Bucuresti, conform anexei la prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
