    Avand in vedere prevederile art. 25 din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 150/2002 privind organizarea si functionarea sistemului de asigurari sociale de sanatate, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
    vazand Referatul de aprobare al secretarului general nr. M.C. 1.116/2005,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 743/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Sanatatii, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul sanatatii emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    In vederea intocmirii si revizuirii listelor cu medicamente ce se acorda cu si fara contributia personala a asiguratilor din sistemul de asigurari sociale de sanatate, se infiinteaza Comisia de strategie terapeutica in cadrul Ministerului Sanatatii, a carei componenta este prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    In termen de 10 zile de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentului ordin, Comisia de strategie terapeutica va elabora regulamentul de organizare si functionare, care va fi aprobat prin ordin al ministrului sanatatii si va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
    Art. 3
    Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
