În temeiul prevederilor art. 11 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 520/2013 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale de Administrare Fiscală, cu modificările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 4 pct. 3 lit. b), pct. 9 şi 15 din Ordinul ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 1.939/2016 privind stabilirea instituţiilor financiare care au obligaţia de declarare, categoriile de informaţii privind identificarea contribuabililor, precum şi informaţiile de natură financiară referitoare la conturile deschise şi/sau închise de aceştia la instituţiile financiare, instituţiile financiare nonraportoare din România şi conturile excluse de la obligaţia de declarare, regulile de conformare aplicabile de către aceste instituţii în vederea identificării conturilor raportabile de către acestea, precum şi procedura de declarare a acestor informaţii şi a normelor şi procedurilor administrative menite să asigure punerea în aplicare şi respectarea procedurilor de raportare şi diligenţă fiscală prevăzute în instrumentele juridice de drept internaţional la care România s-a angajat,preşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale de Administrare Fiscală emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se stabileşte lista jurisdicţiilor raportoare, prevăzută în anexa nr. 1. Articolul 2Se stabileşte lista instituţiilor financiare nonraportoare din România, prevăzută în anexa nr. 2. Articolul 3Se stabileşte lista conturilor excluse, prevăzută în anexa nr. 3. Articolul 4Lista jurisdicţiilor raportoare se actualizează anual prin ordin al preşedintelui Agenţiei Naţionale de Administrare Fiscală. Articolul 5Anexele nr. 1-3 fac parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 6Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
