Având în vedere prevederile Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 26/1994 privind drepturile de hrană, în timp de pace, ale personalului din sectorul de apărare naţională, ordine publică şi siguranţă naţională, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 13 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 652/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Justiţiei, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul justiţiei emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă valorile actualizate ale normelor de hrană ale persoanelor private de libertate, prezentate în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2Administraţia Naţională a Penitenciarelor şi unităţile subordonate vor duce la îndeplinire dispoziţiile prezentului ordin. Articolul 3Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. p. Ministrul justiţiei, Silviu Gabriel Barbu, secretar general adjunct
