privind aprobarea tarifelor de plata pentru actiunile sanitare veterinare publice de interes national, efectuate de medicii veterinari liber-profesionisti in baza contractului de concesionare, pentru anul 2003

    Ministrul agriculturii, alimentatiei si padurilor,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 362/2002 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Agriculturii, Alimentatiei si Padurilor,
    vazand Referatul de aprobare nr. 157.763 din 19 iulie 2002, intocmit de Agentia Nationala Sanitara Veterinara,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba tarifele de plata pentru actiunile sanitare veterinare publice de interes national, efectuate de medicii veterinari liber-profesionisti in baza contractului de concesionare, pentru anul 2003, prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Actiunile sanitare veterinare publice de interes national concesionate se executa conform Programului de supraveghere, profilaxie si combatere a bolilor la animale, de prevenire a transmiterii de boli de la animale la om si de protectie a mediului, aprobat pentru anul 2003 de ministrul agriculturii, alimentatiei si padurilor.
    Art. 3
    Agentia Nationala Sanitara Veterinara si directiile sanitare veterinare judetene si a municipiului Bucuresti vor controla modul de aducere la indeplinire a prevederilor prezentului ordin.
    Art. 4
    (1) Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, si va intra in vigoare la data de 1 ianuarie 2003.
    (2) La data intrarii in vigoare a prezentului ordin orice prevederi contrare se abroga.
