Nr. 321 din 23 octombrie 2000
privind aprobarea coeficientilor maximi de consumuri tehnologice, specifici
activitatii de depozitare, transport, manipulare/vehiculare a produselor
petroliere din sucursalele de transport si distributie din cadrul Societatii
Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 637 din 7 decembrie 2000
Ministrul industriei si comertului,
in scopul reglementarii coeficientilor maximi de consumuri tehnologice
specifici activitatii de depozitare, transport, manipulare/vehiculare a
produselor petroliere din sucursalele de transport si distributie din cadrul
Societatii Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti,
in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 864/1999 privind organizarea si
functionarea Ministerului Industriei si Comertului, cu modificarile ulterioare,
emite urmatorul ordin:
Art. 1
Se aproba coeficientii maximi de consumuri tehnologice specifici
activitatii de depozitare, transport, manipulare/vehiculare a produselor
petroliere din sucursalele de transport si distributie din cadrul Societatii
Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti, prevazuti in
anexele nr. 1, nr. 2 [a), b), c), d), e), f), g), h), i), j), k), l), m) si n)]
si nr. 3 [a) si b)] care fac parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2
Revizuirea coeficientilor maximi de consumuri tehnologice specifici
activitatii de depozitare, transport, manipulare/vehiculare a produselor
petroliere din sucursalele de transport si distributie din cadrul Societatii
Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti se face, de la caz
la caz, pe baza unor studii elaborate de institute de specialitate, prin ordin
al ministrului industriei si comertului.
Art. 3
Verificarea respectarii aplicarii coeficientilor maximi de consumuri
tehnologice specifici activitatii de depozitare, transport,
manipulare/vehiculare a produselor petroliere din sucursalele de transport si
distributie din cadrul Societatii Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" -
S.A. Bucuresti se face de Departamentul economic din cadrul Societatii
Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti, care propune
consiliului de administratie al acesteia masuri de sanctionare a celor
vinovati.
Art. 4
Societatea Nationala a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti va
lua masuri pentru reducerea consumurilor tehnologice prin imbunatatirea
conditiilor de transport, depozitare, manipulare/vehiculare a produselor
petroliere.
Art. 5
Societatea Nationala a Petrolului "Petrom" - S.A. Bucuresti va
aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.

aplica o singura data la cantitatea intrata efectiv in depozit si nu pentru
fiecare operatiune.
