privind completarea anexei
la Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, padurilor si dezvoltarii rurale nr.
848/2004 pentru aprobarea Listei cu clasificatorii autorizati
ACT EMIS DE:
MINISTERUL AGRICULTURII, PADURILOR SI DEZVOLTARII RURALE
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 412 din 12 mai 2006
Având în vedere prevederile art. 8 alin. (3) din Hotărârea
Guvernului nr. 267/2004 privind instituirea Sistemului de clasificare a
carcaselor de porcine, bovine şi ovine, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare,
văzând procesele-verbale nr. 45/2006, nr. 54/2006 şi
nr. 60/2006 cu listele cu clasificatorii autorizaţi propuşi de Comisia de
clasificare a carcaselor de porcine, bovine şi ovine şi Referatul de aprobare
nr. 100.587 din 5 mai 2006,
în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 155/2005 privind
organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării
Rurale, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,
ministrul agriculturii, pădurilor şi dezvoltării
rurale emite următorul ordin:
Art. I. - Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, pădurilor şi dezvoltării rurale
nr. 848/2004 pentru aprobarea Listei cu clasificatorii autorizaţi, publicat în
Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.090
din 23 noiembrie 2004, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:
- în anexa „Lista cu clasificatorii autorizaţi",
după poziţia 157 se introduc treizeci şi cinci noi poziţii, poziţiile 158-192,
cu următorul cuprins:
