Având în vedere prevederile art. 11 alin. (1) şi (2) lit. a) şi ale art. 50 alin. (1) din Legea energiei electrice nr. 13/2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi ale Regulamentului privind furnizarea de ultimă opţiune a energiei electrice, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 14/2007, în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.428/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, cu completările ulterioare, preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1 Se desemnează în calitate de furnizori de ultimă opţiune de energie electrică, de la data publicării prezentului ordin şi până la data de 30 iunie 2013, următorii titulari de licenţă de furnizare a energiei electrice:

Articolul 2 Activarea furnizorilor de ultimă opţiune, precum şi repartizarea consumatorilor la furnizorii de ultimă opţiune activaţi se fac conform prevederilor Regulamentului privind furnizarea de ultimă opţiune a energiei electrice, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 14/2007. Articolul 3 Furnizorii de ultimă opţiune desemnaţi vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. Articolul 4 Departamentele de specialitate din cadrul Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei vor urmări respectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin. Articolul 5 Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, Niculae Havrileţ
