Având în vedere prevederile art. 9 din Regulamentul (CE) nr. 1.217/2003 al Comisiei de stabilire a specificaţiilor comune pentru programele naţionale de control al calităţii în domeniul siguranţei aviaţiei civile,în temeiul prevederilor art. 13 din Programul naţional de asigurare a calităţii în domeniul securităţii aeronautice - PNAC-SECA, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.869/2005, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 76/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii emite următorul ordin: Articolul IAnexa nr. 1 la Ordinul ministrului transporturilor, construcţiilor şi turismului nr. 562/2006 pentru desemnarea şi identificarea inspectorilor AVSEC, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 343 din 17 aprilie 2006, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul IIDirecţia generală infrastructură şi transport aerian din cadrul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii va duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. Articolul IIIPrezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii, Radu Mircea Berceanu Bucureşti, 25 martie 2010. Nr. 245.
