    In temeiul prevederilor art. 9 alin. (7) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 42/1997 privind transportul naval, republicata, si ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 412/2004 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Transporturilor, Constructiilor si Turismului,

    ministrul transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Anexele nr. 2 si 3 la Ordinul ministrului lucrarilor publice, transporturilor si locuintei nr. 1.835/2002 privind aprobarea tarifelor pentru activitatile si operatiunile specifice desfasurate sau pentru activitatile efectuate in legatura cu acestea de catre Autoritatea Navala Romana, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 840 din 21 noiembrie 2002, cu modificarile ulterioare, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. La anexa nr. 2, codul nr. 37 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
