ORDIN   Nr. 200 din 22 iunie 2007

privind aprobarea formularelor-tip utilizate pentru eliberarea licentei globale de export de produse militare, prevazuta de Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 158/1999 privind regimul de control al exporturilor, importurilor si altor operatiuni cu produse militare, aprobata cu modificari si completari prin Legea nr. 595/2004

Având în vedere prevederile art. 12 alin. (1) lit. b), ale art. 21 alin. (2) lit. h) şi ale art. 41 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 158/1999 privind regimul de control al exporturilor, importurilor şi altor operaţiuni cu produse militare, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 595/2004,

văzând Memorandumul interior nr. A15/2.424 din 21 iunie 2007, întocmit de Direcţia arme convenţionale din cadrul Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor,

în temeiul art. 10 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 920/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor, cu modificările ulterioare,

preşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor emite următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Se aprobă formularele-tip utilizate pentru eliberarea licenţei globale de export de produse militare conform modelelor prezentate în anexele nr. 1-3*), care fac parte integranta din prezentul ordin.

Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
