Având în vedere prevederile art. 4 alin. (1)-(3) şi ale art. 5 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 36/2006 privind instituirea preţurilor locale de referinţă pentru energia termică furnizată populaţiei prin sisteme centralizate, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 483/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ale Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2011 nr. 286/2010, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 30/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 15/2008, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul administraţiei şi internelor emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă alocarea unor sume pentru compensarea creşterilor neprevizionate ale preţurilor combustibililor utilizaţi pentru producerea energiei termice furnizate populaţiei în sistem centralizat corespunzător anului 2011, tranşa a II-a, conform Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 36/2006 privind instituirea preţurilor locale de referinţă pentru energia termică furnizată populaţiei prin sisteme centralizate, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 483/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2Sumele prevăzute la art. 1 se transferă bugetelor locale de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, pentru furnizorii de energie termică destinată populaţiei. Articolul 3Calculul cuantumurilor sumelor se face în baza ordinelor şi deciziilor privind tarifele şi preţurile locale de referinţă emise de autorităţile de reglementare competente, respectiv Autoritatea Naţională de Reglementare în domeniul Energiei şi Autoritatea Naţională de Reglementare pentru Serviciile Comunitare de Utilităţi Publice. Articolul 4Alocarea sumelor se va face cu respectarea Ordinului viceprim-ministrului, ministrul administraţiei şi internelor, interimar, şi al ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 252/2.917/2009 pentru aprobarea Schemei de ajutor de stat acordat operatorilor economici care prestează serviciul de interes economic general de producere, transport, distribuţie şi furnizare a energiei termice în sistem centralizat pentru populaţie, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Articolul 5Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
