privind aprobarea Listei cuprinzand standardele romane din domeniul mijloacelor de masurare, care adopta standarde europene armonizate

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 414 din 20 iunie 2007



Având în vedere prevederile art. 15 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 264/2006 privind stabilirea condiţiilor de introducere pe piaţă şi de punere în funcţiune a mijloacelor de măsurare,

în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 386/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Economiei şi Finanţelor,

ministrul economiei şi finanţelor emite următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Se aprobă Lista cuprinzând standardele române din domeniul mijloacelor de măsurare, care adoptă standarde europene armonizate, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. 2.  -  Prezentul ordin va fi publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
