Văzând Referatul de aprobare nr. E.N. 13.327/2013 al Compartimentului medicină de urgenţă,având în vedere prevederile art. 93 din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma în domeniul sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, în baza Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul I Anexa la Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 359/2013 privind aprobarea tarifelor pe cap de locuitor necesare stabilirii sumelor pentru serviciile publice de ambulanţă pentru anul 2013, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 153 din 22 martie 2013, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul IIStructurile de specialitate ale Ministerului Sănătăţii duc la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. Articolul IIIPrezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. p. Ministrul sănătăţii, Adrian Pană, secretar de stat Bucureşti, 30 decembrie 2013. Nr. 1.675.
