pentru aprobarea nivelului tarifelor minime care se percep de la vanatori romani pentru actiuni de vanatoare in Romania

    Ministrul agriculturii, alimentatiei si padurilor,
    avand in vedere prevederile art. 8 lit. d) din Legea fondului cinegetic si a protectiei vanatului nr. 103/1996, cu modificarile ulterioare,
    in temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (1) lit. B.b) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 12/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Agriculturii, Alimentatiei si Padurilor,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista cuprinzand tarifele minime care se percep de la vanatori romani pentru actiuni de vanatoare in Romania, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Gestionarii fondurilor de vanatoare raspund de aplicarea prevederilor prezentului ordin, iar Directia regim si inspectie silvica din cadrul Ministerului Agriculturii, Alimentatiei si Padurilor, impreuna cu oficiile cinegetice din cadrul inspectoratelor teritoriale de regim silvic si cinegetic, care functioneaza in subordinea aceluiasi minister, controleaza modul aplicarii lui.
    Art. 3
    La data intrarii in vigoare a prezentului ordin orice dispozitii contrare isi inceteaza aplicabilitatea.
    Art. 4
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
