Văzând Referatul de aprobare nr. VVV. 6.601 din 8 decembrie 2016 al Direcţiei politica medicamentului şi a dispozitivelor medicale, ţinând cont de prevederile art. II din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 845/2016 pentru modificarea Metodologiei privind modul de calcul şi procedura de avizare şi aprobare a preţurilor maximale ale medicamentelor de uz uman cu autorizaţie de punere pe piaţă în România, aprobată prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 800/2016, în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă preţurile maximale pentru medicamentul Tetraxim, suspensie injectabilă, în seringă preumplută, cutie cu 10 seringi preumplute (din sticlă tip I), echipate cu piston cu dop (clorobromobutil sau clorobutil sau bromobutil), cu un ac ataşat x 0,5 ml suspensie injectabilă, prevăzute în tabelul următor:
