In temeiul art. 29 alin. 7 din Legea nr. 590/2003 privind tratatele, potrivit căruia, prin ordin al ministrului afacerilor externe, se face cunoscută data intrării în vigoare a tratatelor în formă simplificată încheiată de România, care se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I,

constatând că România a îndeplinit procedurile legale necesare pentru intrarea în vigoare a tratatului internaţional în formă simplificată menţionat mai jos,

ministrul afacerilor externe emite prezentul ordin.

Articol unic. - In data de 12 aprilie 2005 a avut loc procedura oficială*) privind aderarea României la Declaraţia Organizaţiei pentru Cooperare şi Dezvoltare Economică (OCDE) pentru  Investiţii  Internationale si Intreprinderi Multinaţionale (DIICM) prin schimbul oficial de scrisori între Organizaţia pentru Cooperare şi Dezvoltare Economică şi Ministerul Afacerilor Externe.
