privind aprobarea bugetului
de venituri si cheltuieli pe anul 2006 al Institutului National de Studii si
Cercetari pentru Comunicatii - I.N.S.C.C. Bucuresti
ACT EMIS DE:
MINISTERUL COMUNICATIILOR SI TEHNOLOGIEI INFORMATIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 289 din 30 martie 2006
Având în vedere prevederile art. 24 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 57/2002 privind
cercetarea ştiinţifică şi dezvoltarea
tehnologică, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 324/2003, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare,
în baza Legii nr. 292/2002 privind stabilirea modalităţii de aprobare a bugetelor de venituri şi cheltuieli ale institutelor naţionale de cercetare-dezvoltare,
ministrul comunicaţiilor şi tehnologiei informaţiei emite prezentul ordin.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2006 al Institutului Naţional de Studii şi Cercetări pentru
Comunicaţii - I.N.S.C.C.
Bucureşti, aflat în
coordonarea Ministerului Comunicaţiilor şi
Tehnologiei Informaţiei,
potrivit anexei*) care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2. - Cheltuielile totale aferente veniturilor
înscrise în bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli prevăzut
la art. 1 reprezintă limite
maxime care nu pot fi depăşite
decât în cazuri bine justificate şi numai cu aprobarea Ministerului Comunicaţiilor şi
Tehnologiei Informaţiei şi cu avizul Ministerului Finanţelor Publice şi al Ministerului Muncii, Solidarităţii Sociale şi
Familiei.
Art. 3. - Nerespectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin
atrage răspunderea contravenţională în condiţiile
legii.
Art. 4. - Direcţia economică,
resurse umane şi administrativă din cadrul Ministerului Comunicaţiilor şi Tehnologiei Informaţiei şi Institutul
Naţional de Studii şi Cercetări pentru Comunicaţii
- I.N.S.C.C. Bucureşti vor
duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
Art. 5. - Prezentul ordin va fi publicat în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.

*) Veniturile previzionate a se realiza din contractele
de cercetare încheiate cu Ministerul Educaţiei şi Cercetării/Autoritatea Naţională pentru Cercetare Ştiinţifică, pentru programul nucleu şi pentru programul „Cercetare de excelenţă", pe anul 2006, sunt în sumă de 1.350 mii lei, iar cele previzionate a se realiza din contracte
încheiate cu ordonatorii principali de credite care finanţează programe şi
proiecte din fonduri proprii, sunt în sumă de 550 mii lei.
**) Câştigul
mediu lunar pe salariat este calculat fără influenţa sumelor prevăzute pentru plata indemnizaţiilor membrilor Consiliului de Administraţie şi a
Directorului General.
NOTĂ: în cheltuielile cu salariile pe anul
2006, s-au cuprins şi:
- suma de 45,742 mii lei, reprezentând indemnizaţiile membrilor Consiliului de Administraţie;
- suma de 66,325 mii lei, reprezentând drepturile băneşti ale Directorului General.
