Având în vedere:– prevederile art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.000/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale a Funcţionarilor Publici, republicată

– prevederile art. 26 alin. (1) din Regulamentul privind organizarea şi desfăşurarea programului de formare specializată pentru ocuparea unei funcţii publice corespunzătoare categoriei înalţilor funcţionari publici, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 832/2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 30/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 15/2008, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ministrul administraţiei şi internelor emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă modalitatea de desfăşurare a Programului de formare specializată pentru ocuparea unei funcţii publice corespunzătoare categoriei înalţilor funcţionari publici, pentru anul 2011, seria I de admitere, conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
