    NOTA:
    Incepand cu data de la care s-a retras dreptul de distributie a aparatelor de marcat electronice fiscale, se interzice comercializarea tipului si modelului aparatului respectiv atat de catre distribuitorul autorizat cat si de catre societatile comerciale incluse in reteaua de distributie a distribuitorului autorizat.
    In baza art. 100 alin. (9) din anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 479/2003, republicata, distribuitorii autorizati carora li s a retras dreptul de distributie a aparatelor de marcat electronice fiscale incepand cu data de 1 iulie 2005, sunt obligati sa preia aparatele de marcat electronice fiscale de la utilizatori la pretul convenit.
    Distribuitorii autorizati carora li s a retras dreptul de distributie a aparatelor de marcat electronice fiscale, cu exceptia celor prevazuti la alin. 2 din prezenta Nota, raman raspunzatori in continuare pentru obligatiile ce le revin conform Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 28/1999, republicata, si Hotararii Guvernului nr. 479/2003, republicata, pentru aparatele livrate.
