I have been suffering from (HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS) disease for the past four years and had constant pain, especially in my private parts. Buna ziua!As dori cateva precizari privind LEGEA nr. 421 din 27 iunie 2002 - privind regimul juridic al vehiculelor fără stăpân sau abandonate pe terenuri aparținând domeniului public sau privat al statului ori al unităților administrativ-teritoriale si HOTĂRÂREA nr. 152 din 22 februarie 2023 - pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii nr. 421/2002 privind regimul juridic al vehiculelor fără stăpân sau abandonate pe terenuri aparținând domeniului public sau privat al statului ori al unităților administrativ-teritoriale.
In acest sens un vehicul care se afla pe domeniul public sau privat al statului ori al unităților administrativ-teritoriale de cel puțin 6 luni si din punct de vedere estetic arata impecabil dar are itp-ul expirat de cel putin 6 luni de zile este considerat abandonat?
Daca un vehicul DACIA LOGAN arata impecabil dar are ITP-ul expirat din 2014 si se afla pe domeniul public sau privat al statului ori al unităților administrativ-teritoriale este considerat abandonat?
Pana la urma ce criterii primeaza!? Aspectul estetic al vehiculului, valoarea de piata al acestuia sau faptul ca are ITP-ul expirat de cel putin 6 luni!? Si ma rezum doar la ITP ca de cele mai multe ori nu are nici asigurarea obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto pentru prejudicii produse terților prin accidente de vehicule și tramvaie.
Si ar mai fi un caz particular si anume o SKODA care arata din punct de vedere estetic impecabil, are ITP-ul la zi dar nu are asigurarea obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto pentru prejudicii produse terților prin accidente de vehicule și tramvaie de cca 2 ani. Poate fi consideat vehicul abandonat?
In acest sens pe langa raspunsul dumneavoastra ati putea sa detaliati aceste aspecte si lamuriri la principalele posturi de televiziune nationale?
