Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. Articolul 1Se aprobă participarea României la fondul Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust (PRGT), administrat de Fondul Monetar Internaţional, cu o contribuţie în sumă de 7.571.246 DST, reprezentând cota-parte ce îi revine în cadrul celei de-a doua runde de distribuire a profitului suplimentar obţinut în urma operaţiunilor de vânzare de aur ale Fondului Monetar Internaţional, efectuate în perioada septembrie 2009 - decembrie 2010. Articolul 2Se autorizează transferul sumei de 7.571.246 DST din contul intermediar administrat de Fondul Monetar Internaţional, în care suma respectivă a fost temporar depozitată, în contul general de subvenţii al PRGT, denumit General Subsidy Account of the PRGT. Articolul 3Banca Naţională a României va duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentei legi. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin.
