Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. Articolul 1Se ratifică Convenţia privind asistenţa administrativă reciprocă în domeniul fiscal, adoptată la Strasbourg la 25 ianuarie 1988 şi semnată de partea română la 15 octombrie 2012. Articolul 2Se ratifică Protocolul de modificare a Convenţiei privind asistenţa administrativă reciprocă în domeniul fiscal, adoptat la Paris la 27 mai 2010 şi semnat de partea română la 15 octombrie 2012. Articolul 3Contribuţia României pentru finanţarea autorităţii de coordonare a Convenţiei privind asistenţa administrativă reciprocă în domeniul fiscal se plăteşte anual din bugetul Ministerului Finanţelor Publice începând cu anul semnării convenţiei. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
