In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 8 alin. (2) şi al art. 110 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 173/2008 privind intervenţiile active în atmosferă,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă obiectivele etapei a X-a 2009 a Programului de realizare a Sistemului naţional antigrindină şi de creştere a precipitaţiilor, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 2. - Fondurile pentru finanţarea obiectivelor prevăzute la art. 1 se asigură din fondurile alocate cu această destinaţie, din bugetul Ministerului Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale pe anul 2009.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
