In temeiul art. 4 din Hotărârea Parlamentului României nr. 12/2006 privind înfiinţarea Comisiei permanente a Camerei Deputaţilor şi Senatului privind Statutul deputaţilor şi al senatorilor, organizarea şi funcţionarea şedinţelor comune ale Camerei Deputaţilor şi Senatului,

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Se aprobă componenţa nominală a Comisiei permanente a Camerei Deputaţilor şi Senatului privind Statutul deputaţilor şi al senatorilor, organizarea şi funcţionarea şedinţelor comune ale Camerei Deputaţilor şi Senatului, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 17 februarie 2009, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
