În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 42 alin. (1) lit. a) şi alin. (2) din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 467/1990 privind aprobarea documentaţiei tehnico-economice pentru obiectivul de investiţii „Racorduri la reţeaua de metrou din Bucureşti, tronsonul I Sălăjan-Linia de centură şi tronsonul II Gara de Nord-Basarab-Laromet“, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 295 din 21 noiembrie 1992, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. Titlul hotărârii va avea următorul cuprins: HOTĂRÂRE pentru aprobarea indicatorilor tehnico-economici ai obiectivului de investiţii «Racorduri la reţeaua de metrou din Bucureşti, tronsonul I Nicolae Grigorescu 2-Anghel Saligny şi tronsonul II Gara de Nord 2- Basarab-Laminorului-Lac Străuleşti 2. Articolul unic se renumerotează şi va deveni articolul 1. 3. După articolul 1 se introduce un nou articol, articolul 2 , care va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 2Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii, ai cărui indicatori tehnico-economici sunt prevăzuţi în anexa la prezenta hotărâre, se face din împrumuturile acordate de Banca Europeană de Investiţii, asigurate conform prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 64/2007 privind datoria publică, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 109/2008, cu modificările ulterioare, de la bugetul de stat prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, din surse proprii ale Societăţii Comerciale de Transport cu Metroul Bucureşti «Metrorex» - S.A., precum şi din alte surse legal constituite, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii. 4. Anexa se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
