În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi ale art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC În anexa nr. 81 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Sălciile, judeţul Prahova" la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.359/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Prahova, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Prahova, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 128 şi 128 bis din 18 februarie 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile", după poziţia 39 se introduc două noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 40 şi 41, conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
