ACT EMIS DE: PARLAMENTUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 280 din 26 aprilie 2007



In temeiul art. 64 alin. (4) din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 1 pct. 26 şi al art. 86 din Regulamentul şedinţelor comune ale Camerei Deputaţilor şi Senatului, aprobat prin Hotărârea Parlamentului României nr. 4/1992, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

având în vedere solicitarea unui grup de senatori şi deputaţi,

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - (1) Se constituie o comisie comună parlamentară de anchetă care să verifice informaţiile furnizate cu privire la interceptarea comunicaţiilor.

(2) Componenţa nominală a Comisiei comune parlamentare de  anchetă  prevăzute  la alin.  (1)  este cuprinsă în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 2. - Raportul Comisiei comune parlamentare de anchetă prevăzute la art. 1 alin. (1) va fi depus până la data de 14 mai 2007.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 24 aprilie 2007, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
