În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICAnexa nr. 2 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al Municipiului Craiova“ la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 965/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Dolj, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Dolj, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 687 şi 687 bis din 18 septembrie 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează: – la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, după poziţia nr. 7.000 se introduce o nouă poziţie, poziţia nr. 7.001, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.PRIM-MINISTRU VICTOR-VIOREL PONTA Contrasemnează: Viceprim-ministru, ministrul dezvoltării regionale şi administraţiei publice, Nicolae-Liviu Dragnea
