În temeiul prevederilor art. 67 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi ale art. 20 alin. (1) şi (2) din Legea nr. 41/1994 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Societăţii Române de Radiodifuziune şi Societăţii Române de Televiziune, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC Se desemnează în Consiliul de administraţie al Societăţii Române de Televiziune, pentru o perioadă de 4 ani, începând cu data de 28 martie 2018, membrii titulari şi membrii supleanţi prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
