În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICAnexa nr. 57 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Rebricea“ la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.361/2001 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Vaslui, precum şi al municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Vaslui, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 633 şi 633 bis din 27 august 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. Secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“ se modifică şi se completează astfel: a)se modifică următoarele poziţii:– la poziţia nr. 167, coloana 5 va avea următorul cuprins: „231.430“;– la poziţia nr. 213, coloana 3 va avea următorul cuprins:Sat Rebricea - două bucăţi:– amplasată lângă Doroftei Cătălin (parcare);– amplasată pe DC 136 Rebricea - Tatomireşti.Sat Draxeni – 5 bucăţi:– amplasată lângă Călin Cristinel (DC 4);– amplasată lângă moară Cîrlescu Ovidiu;– amplasată lângă Radovici Ileana (DC 4);– două bucăţi amplasate pe păşunea comunală.Sat Sasova - două bucăţi:– ambele amplasate pe păşunea comunală.Sat Crăciuneşti - o bucată:– amplasată pe păşunea comunală.Sat Tatomireşti - o bucată:– amplasată pe păşunea comunală.Sat Tufeştii de Jos - o bucată:– amplasată pe păşunea comunală; b)după poziţia nr. 215 se introduc 16 noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 216-231, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.2.
