Având în vedere prevederile Regulamentului (CE) nr. 1.407/2002 al Consiliului din 23 iulie 2002 privind ajutorul de stat pentru industria carbunelui, cu modificarile ulterioare,

în temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia României, republicata,

Guvernul României adopta prezenta hotarâre.

Articol unic. -Anexele nr. 1/a si 2/a la Hotarârea Guvernului nr. 384/2010 pentru aprobarea subventiilor pe produse si a subventiilor privind protectia sociala, acordate companiilor, societatilor nationale si societatilor comerciale din sectorul minier în anul 2010, publicata în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 266 din 23 aprilie 2010, se modifica si se înlocuiesc cu anexele nr. 1 si 2, care fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarâre.
