MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 830 din 10 decembrie 2010
Având în vedere prevederile art. 2 alin. (1) şi ale
art. 4 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului
centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare,
în temeiul art. 108 din
Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 10 alin. (2) şi art. 20 alin. (1)
din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publicaşi regimul juridic al
acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi al art. 1 alin.
(1) şi art. 3 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 239/2007 privind reglementarea regimului
juridic al unor bunuri imobile aflate în folosinţa unităţilor de cult,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Datele de identificare ale imobilelor
aparţinând domeniului public al statului înregistrate la poziţiile M.F.P. nr.
144451, 154990, 36002, 104113, 150143, 145362, 154988,153425, 154467 şi 154568
din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului
centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, publicată în
Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.020 şi 1.020 bis din 21
decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică
potrivit anexei nr. 1, care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 2. - Se aprobă transmiterea din domeniul public al
statului în domeniul privat al statului a unor imobile aflate în administrarea
Secretariatului de Stat pentru Culte şi în folosinţa gratuită a unor unităţi de
cult deţinătoare, identificate potrivit anexei nr. 2, care face parte
integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 3. - Imobilele prevăzute la art. 2 se transmit
fără plată în proprietatea unităţilor de cult deţinătoare, în condiţiile
prevăzute de legislaţia în vigoare.
Art. 4. - La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei
hotărâri se modifică corespunzător inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din
domeniul public al statului.
