În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.034/2010 pentru aprobarea finanţării din Fondul pentru mediu a lucrărilor de închidere a iazurilor de decantare din sectorul minier, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 704 din 21 octombrie 2010, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: 1. La articolul 2, alineatul (1) va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 2 (1) Suma prevăzută la art. 1 se acordă beneficiarului Ministerul Economiei eşalonat până la 31 decembrie 2016. 2. Anexa nr. 1 se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa la prezenta hotărâre.
