In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României   adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Datele de identificare a bunurilor imobile care aparţin domeniului public al statului, înregistrate la poziţiile M.F. 25765 şi 25766 din anexa nr. 30 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 2.060/2004 pentru aprobarea inventarelorbunurilor  din domeniul public al statului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.129 din 30 noiembrie 2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică conform anexei la prezenta hotărâre.
