privind incadrarea in categoria functionala a drumurilor comunale a unor sectoare de drumuri judetene situate in judetul Brasov

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia Romaniei, republicată, şi al art. 12 şi 13 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 43/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

    

Guvernul Romaniei adoptă prezenta hotărare.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă încadrarea în categoria funcţională a drumurilor comunale a unor sectoare de drumuri judeţene situate în judeţul Braşov, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărare.

Art. 2. - Anexele nr. 2 şi 3 la Hotărarea Guvernului nr. 540/2000 privind aprobarea încadrării în categorii funcţionale a drumurilor publice şi a drumurilor de utilitate privată deschise circulaţiei publice, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 338 şi 338 bis din 20 iulie 2000, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează în mod corespunzător.
