HOTARARE   Nr. 881 din 28 iulie 2005

pentru modificarea anexei la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 86/2005 privind redistribuirea de posturi in vederea desfasurarii activitatii de recalculare a pensiilor din sistemul public, provenite din fostul sistem al asigurarilor sociale de stat, stabilite anterior datei de 1 aprilie 2001, precum si a activitatii privind asigurarea pentru accidente de munca si boli profesionale si a anexei la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 498/2005 pentru reglementarea masurilor financiare privind asigurarea numarului de posturi de personal contractual necesar recalcularii pensiilor in anul 2005

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 86/2005 privind redistribuirea de posturi in vederea desfasurarii activitatii de recalculare a pensiilor din sistemul public, provenite din fostul sistem al asigurarilor sociale de stat, stabilite anterior datei de 1 aprilie 2001, precum si a activitatii privind asigurarea pentru accidente de munca si boli profesionale, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 131 din 11 februarie 2005, se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa nr. 1*) care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 498/2005 pentru reglementarea masurilor financiare privind asigurarea numarului de posturi de personal contractual necesar recalcularii pensiilor in anul 2005, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 473 din 3 iunie 2005, se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa nr. 2*) care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
