În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 288 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 57/2019 privind Codul administrativ, cu completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă scoaterea din inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului a unei părţi dintr-un imobil aflat în administrarea Ministerului Afacerilor Interne - U.M. 0520 Timişoara, având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa nr. 1. Articolul 2Se aprobă scoaterea din inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului a unui imobil aflat în administrarea Ministerului Afacerilor Interne - U.M. 0520 Timişoara, având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa nr. 2. Articolul 3Ministerul Afacerilor Interne îşi va actualiza în mod corespunzător datele din evidenţa cantitativ-valorică şi, împreună cu Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, va opera modificarea corespunzătoare a anexei nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului. Articolul 4 Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
