local, precum si modificarea lungimii unor sectoare de drumuri comunale
existente, situate pe raza administrativ-teritoriala a judetului Gorj

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, şi al art. 12 şi 13 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 43/1997 privind
regimul drumurilor, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă încadrarea în categoria funcţională
a drumurilor comunale a unor drumuri de interes public local situate în judeţul
Gorj, conform anexei nr. 1.
Art. 2. - Se aprobă modificarea lungimii unor sectoare
de drumuri comunale din judeţul Gorj, conform anexei nr. 2.
Art. 3. -Anexa nr. 3 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr.
540/2000 privind aprobarea încadrării în categorii funcţionale a drumurilor
publice şi a drumurilor de utilitate privată deschise circulaţiei publice,
publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 338 şi 338 bis din 20 iulie 2000, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează în mod corespunzător.
Art. 4. - La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei
hotărâri se abrogă Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 725/2002 privind aprobarea
încadrării unor sectoare de drumuri de exploatare în categoria funcţională a
drumurilor publice comunale din judeţul Gorj, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al
României, Partea I, nr. 526 din 19 iulie 2002, cu modificările ulterioare.
Art. 5. -Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din
prezenta hotărâre.
