HOTARARE   Nr. 756 din 11 iulie 2007

privind transmiterea unor bunuri mobile, proprietate privata a statului, din administrarea Ministerului Apararii in administrarea unor consilii locale

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 517 din 1 august 2007



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 11 lit. m) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă transmiterea unor bunuri mobile, proprietate privată a statului, având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, din administrarea Ministerului Apărării în administrarea unor consilii locale, în scopul constituirii stocurilor pentru acordarea de ajutor populaţiei aflate în zonele calamitate.

Art. 2. - Patrimoniul Ministerului Apărării se diminuează cu valoarea de inventar a bunurilor mobile transmise potrivit prevederilor art. 1.

Art. 3. - Predarea-preluarea bunurilor prevăzute la art. 1 se face pe bază de proces-verbal încheiat între părţile interesate, în termen de 60 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri.
