privind aprobarea bilantului general al Trezoreriei Statului si a contului de executie a bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2004

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, si al art. 13 din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 146/2002 privind formarea si utilizarea resurselor derulate prin trezoreria statului, aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 201/2003, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba bilantul general al Trezoreriei Statului, incheiat la data de 31 decembrie 2004, care cuprinde, atat in activ, cat si in pasiv, suma de 477.640.780 milioane lei, prevazut in anexa nr. 1.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba contul de executie a bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2004, care cuprinde la venituri suma de 5.232.458 milioane lei si la cheltuieli suma de 3.306.847 milioane lei si un excedent curent in suma de 1.925.611 milioane lei, prevazut in anexa nr. 2.
    Art. 3
    Anexele nr. 1 si 2*) fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
