ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 188 din 13 august 1996

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea terenului proprietate publica a statului, in suprafata de 10.411 mp, situat in municipiul Bacau, Calea Barladului nr. 132, judetul Bacau, identificat conform anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Regiei Autonome de Imbunatatiri Funciare in administrarea Serviciului Roman de Informatii
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea terenului prevazut la art. 1 se face prin protocol incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
